The following Terms and Conditions for Neptune GameTime are effective as of December 1, 2023. Terms and Conditions are subject to change, and should that occur, you will be notified immediately. If you have any questions about these Terms and Conditions, please contact your Product Representative or our Business Office.
Payment of your invoice and/or continued use of service constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  1. Service Agreement
    • Annual service subscriptions are for a one-year period, beginning on the date your first station is downloaded. Full-year payment is due in advance. In order for work to begin on your station, we must receive either full payment or a valid Purchase Order.
  2. Renewals
    • Renewal invoices are sent out well in advance of your subscription anniversary date. Payment of renewal invoices constitutes a commitment to continue your service for another year. If you do not wish to renew your service, simply respond to the renewal invoice indicating so.
  3. Refund Policy
    • We believe you are going to love your Neptune GameTime service. However, if for any reason in the first 30 days of use (starting on the date of your first station download) you wish to cancel your service, you may do so. For Level One and Two partners, you will receive a full refund of the annual subscription price, less the initial $375 setup fee. For On Demand Only partners, you will receive a full refund of your total annual subscription price, less a 10% administration fee.
      • Please note that past the 30-day initial trial period in year one or at any time in subsequent years, payment of your invoice constitutes a commitment to a full year of service, and refunds will not be provided.
  4. Late Payment
    • Your account is considered delinquent if not paid within 30 days of the invoice due date. At that time, the account will be suspended. After 60 days past the due date, the account will be closed.
  5. Station(s) Delivery
    • Neptune GameTime stations are designed to be downloaded onto a laptop PC, Macbook, or iPad. Should you need to purchase a PC for use with your Neptune GameTime station, we will happily provide links to several retailers for recommended options.
      • The minimum hardware requirements for optimal station performance are:
        • 128 GB hard drive or larger with at least 60 GB of free space
        • 4GB memory
        • High-quality sound card
        • Windows OS: 64-bit version of Windows 7 or newer
        • MacOS: Version 10.11 (El Capitan) or newer
        • iPad: iOAS/iPadOS: version 7 or newer
  6. Commercial Production
    • For each sponsor procured by your school for advertising on your Neptune GameTime station , we will provide commercial copywriting and production for ONE ad per sponsor per school year.
  7. The Neptune Network
    • Participation in The Neptune Network is entirely optional. If you opt-in to participate in The Neptune Network , we will sell a certain number of ad spots to regional and national advertisers on your behalf. As long as you run the ads at your sporting events as agreed, your school will receive 40% of the ad revenue collected by The Neptune Network for commercials run at your events. All advertisers must meet our criteria for family-friendly content. In addition, your school will have the right to block select advertisers if you have sold local sponsorships in a competing category.

    • For each sponsor procured by your school for advertising on your Neptune Radio station, we will provide commercial copywriting and production for ONE ad per sponsor per school year.

We want to ensure that your school has the best experience possible using your Neptune SchoolZone station. If you have any questions concerning the following Terms and Conditions, please contact your Product Representative. These Terms and Conditions are valid as of January 2024 and are subject to change. You will be informed if any updates are made to said Terms and Conditions. Payment of your invoice and / or continued use of service constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  1. Agreement
    • This service agreement is for a one-year period, with payment in full due in advance of work commencing on your station. Annual renewal fee is due on or before the anniversary date of original purchase.
  2. 30-day Money Back Guarantee
    • We believe you will love your Neptune Radio station. However, if for any reason you wish to cancel your service, you have 30 days after your station begins operating to receive a refund of the full annual subscription price. Any cancellations made after the 30-Day Trial Period in year one of service or at any time in subsequent years will take effect at the end of the period for which payment has already been made.
  3. Late Payment Policy
    • Account is considered delinquent if not paid within 30 days after the due date. If your account is delinquent, service will be suspended. 60 days after the due  date, the account will be closed.
By opting in to receive Mobile SMS messages, you agree to the following: receive SMS messages from CMC Neptune LLC to provide support updates and important information for any Neptune product. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP. For help or more information, reply HELP.
  1. Opt-In Instructions – Consent is obtained before sending messages. Subscribers will receive a confirmation message upon opting in:
    • “You have successfully been subscribed to messages from CMC Neptune LLC from this number. Message frequency may vary. Message and Data Rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.”
  2. Opt-Out Instructions – Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation message:
    • “You have now been opted-out and will receive no further messages from CMC Neptune LLC from this number. Reply START to resubscribe.”
  3. Help Instructions – Reply HELP for assistance. You will receive:
    • “For additional information, please call CMC Neptune LLC at (903) 287-0770.  To opt-out, reply STOP.”
  4. Privacy Instructions – Your information is used only for the stated purposes. See our full Privacy Policy on our website.
