As a reminder, content that is typically used in a single school year is automatically archived on July 1st. This includes Sponsor Ads and Event Specific Messages.
Base Messages, On-Demand Messages, or Walk-Ups/Line-Ups do NOT auto archive. If you would like any of these reset so that you can start fresh in the new school year, your Partner Success Manager will be happy to help with this.
Likewise, if you have Sponsor Ads or ESMs you would like to reuse, they can easily be restored from your Voyager dashboard. Your PSM can help you with this as well.
