Tyler, Texas, February 2025 – Neptune Navigate and Proactive Coaching, the creators of Navigate Proactive Leadership (NPL), a comprehensive set of online training modules for student leaders in the high school and college market, proudly announce a partnership with the Michigan Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (MIAAA). Under this partnership, MIAAA will help promote Navigate Proactive Leadership to 748 high schools across the state of Michigan.
The MIAAA is the professional organization for all high school and junior high/middle school athletic administrators in Michigan. The organization currently has more than 700 members.
Proactive Coaching founder Bruce Brown and partner Rob Miller teamed up with Neptune Navigate in 2023. Now, Navigate Proactive Leadership draws on the same core content that Proactive Coaching has used to train more than 1.5 million students at in-person events around the United States.
“We see this (NPL) as one more tool in our administrator’s tool box to use to continue to support and encourage our students as they move into adulthood and become the leaders of the future and they can look back to see the legacy they left at their high school due to the skills they learned with this program,” commented MIAAA Executive Director Karen Leinaar. “I am excited to see how our schools use it and glad to have it front and center for so many to see how they can incorporate it.”
