We’ve added the ability to pre-schedule events to play in Radio Mode. So if you want to pre-schedule the playlist for all of your Friday night varsity football games or schedule your weight room playlist to run automatically during the week, you can do so.
It’s easy to pre-schedule an event in Voyager. Simply go to the Music section, click on “Pre-Scheduled Events”, and then “Add”.
Select the station, school (if applicable), and sport or event.
Please note that if you want to schedule a recurring event, such as multiple Friday night football games, select “Single Event” because that gives you the option to select individual dates on a calendar.
For ongoing daily events, such as weight room playlists ot practice playlists, select “Long Running Event” as that will give you the option to set a start and end date, and specify which days and times you want the playlist to play.
