Player Updated to Version 2.4.5

neptune player updated to version 2.4.5

We’ve updated the Neptune player software. As a result, please ensure your player is updated to version 2.4.5. You can see what version you’re currently on in the bottom right corner of the player.

If your version doesn’t update to 2.4.5 after you have connected to the internet and refreshed your player, you may need to involve your IT department to ensure there are no firewalls in place that prevent the software from being updated.

Please note, you can always see if your player has updated with the latest content you need by looking in the top left corner. As long as it says “Sync Successful” and “Download Complete”, then you know you are good to go.

If you don’t get those messages on your Player, please contact your Partner Success Manager for assistance.
