We’ve recently updated the Neptune Media player, so if your player doesn’t look like this or, say, Version 2.4.1 or higher, then you need to run an update.
It may be necessary to get your IT department involved, especially if your school has firewalls in place that prevent automatic software updates.
The updated Media player features three new “Permanent” Libraries in On Demand Mode:
Sponsor Commercials – All of your local sponsor ads, as well as any TNN ads (if you are participating),can now be found here.
All Messages – All messages that play in Radio Mode – Event-Specific Messages, Base Messages, Stingers, Etc. – can now be found here for use in On Demand Mode.
Custom Clips – You now have the ability to create your own custom clip of any of the songs in our library. When you do, these clips will be placed here.
