Make Sure Your Voyager Account Has Authorized Users Only

We’ve recently experienced situations in which parents, students, or staff members who are not listed on a partner’s account have reached out to us with questions regarding music or playlists. Please note that we cannot respond to inquiries from anyone who is not listed as a user on your GameTime account.

This is for the security and integrity of your GameTime account. If there is a staff member who you would like to be able to interact with us, please add them onto your account via your Voyager dashboard. For any students or parents with inquiries about GameTime, they will need to submit those via an authorized user on your account.
