As our software and music library continue to grow in order to enhance the atmosphere at your venue, we have made necessary updates to our data specifications to ensure the best performance for your player.

Please be aware that we no longer recommend using Android devices with your Neptune Radio player. For laptops, we recommend a device equipped with a 256 GB Hard Drive or larger, with a minimum of 100 GB of available space. When it comes to tablets, we suggest using a device with 256 GB of memory or more. Please note: if your facility runs 24/7, then we strongly advise against using a tablet, as tablets are simply not designed for long hours of continuous use.
