With the release of the newest version of the Neptune player (2.4.6), we’ve made an adjustment so that changes made directly in the player are temporary and only in effect while the player is open and running.
If you want to permanently adjust playlists, single-play libraries, walk-up/lineups, or hot keys, you need to do so in Voyager.
This change was necessary to eliminate technical glitches some partners experienced due to conflicting information between Voyager and the Player, which caused playback issues.
