GameTime Student Section Contest

Through February 2025, students from GameTime partner schools have the chance to showcase their school spirit and win big! Encourage your students to post a video or picture of your student section on social media using the hashtag #GameTimeStudents to automatically enter the competition.

📌 How It Works:

  • Weekly Winners: Each week through February 2025, one partner school will be selected as the Student Section of the Week and will receive $1,000 for their student activity fund. There will be a total of 24 weekly winners, with each school eligible to win only once. Any submission made is eligible to win one of the 24 weekly prizes.*
  • Grand Prize: In March, the 24 weekly winners will compete for the $10,000 grand prize, determined by social media votes.

📲 Platforms to Post:

Make sure your students post their student section videos or pictures on these specified social media platforms, as submissions will only be acknowledged and entered from these sites. Plus, don’t forget to tell your students, staff, and parents to follow GameTime socials to stay in the loop and find out if your school has won!

*No winner will be selected the week of December 30th.

Winning The Grand Prize 

Voting Period:
Voting opens in March.

How to Vote:
Vote by liking or publicly sharing the post on GameTime socials (Facebook, TikTok, and X) that features your school’s student section.

Counting Votes:
Each like or public share equals one vote. Votes are tallied by adding up the likes and shares.

Competition Structure:

  • Week 1: September and October winners compete head-to-head in voting.
  • Week 2: November and December winners compete head-to-head in voting.
  • Week 3: January and February winners compete head-to-head in voting.
  • Week 4: Winners from each of the three weeks and one wildcard entry compete in a final round to determine the grand prize winner.

Winner Announcement:
The grand prize winner will be announced in April on our official social media pages.
