While you and your Neptune GameTime media player have been taking a summer break, we’ve been busy with many updates to Voyager, our music library, and the player software.

Consequently, please DO NOT WAIT until just before the first game to turn on the player. It will take a little time to download all of the updates that have accumulated over the summer.

If you have any trouble at all updating your player, please contact your Partner Success Manager.
