One of the great features of your Neptune station is the ability to play professionally recorded custom messages throughout the day or during your sports events. Long running messages that are always relevant – such as safety reminders, operating hours, or good sportsmanship messages – are what we call DJ Base Messages. To truly be effective, though, you need the right number of messages.
Since DJ Base Messages are ones that run every day or at every event, to prevent them from becoming repetitive and thus losing their impact – or worse, annoying your guests/fans – it’s important to have a MINIMUM OF SIX DJ Base Messages on your station. The IDEAL number is actually 8 or more.
If you are currently running less than six DJ Base Messages, your Partner Success Manager will be reaching out to you with ideas for adding more to your station. If you are already running 6 or more, then why not take the time to review your current messages to see if any need to be refreshed or modified?
Adding additional DJ Base Messages is quick and easy — and there is no additional charge at all to make sure your Neptune station has the appropriate number in rotation.
